Sometimes pain can be extremely enduring and almost debilitating. Before long those ibuprofen aren’t going to cut it – in fact, they’re going to make it worse. However, reflexology is the only proven cure for all pain with no side effects!

You may have heard of pressure points, acupuncture, or even yoga. These are all different forms of a bigger classification, called Reflexology. Reflexology has been practiced for thousands of years, especially in ancient chinese civilizations. It consists of the application of pressure to one part of the body to stimulate another part of the body. The theory behind reflexology is that these areas correspond to organs and systems of the body. Proponents believe that pressure applied to these areas affects the organs and benefits the person’s health.

Benefits of Reflexology:

  • Improved nerve function
  • Increased energy
  • Improved circulation
  • Relaxation
  • Toxin removal
  • Central nervous system stimulant
  • Migraines and headaches
  • Healing
  • Cancer fighting abilities
  • Pregnancy and menstruation difficulties

In the video below, Dr. Oz has a guest star on his show who is a reflexologist. Five audience members come to the stage to explain what part of their body is causing them chronic discomfort or pain. For each malady, the reflexologist explains which part of the palm is connected to the body part involved. She then demonstrates how using one hand, different forms of pressing or massaging of a particular part of the palm of the other hand will, over time, alleviate the pain experienced.
