Tributes won’t stop pouring in during the funeral of the Queen. King Charles went on to thank the public saying, “Over the last 10 days, my wife and I have been so deeply touched by the many messages of condolences and support we have received from this country and across the world. In London, Edinburgh, Hillsborough, and Cardiff, we were moved beyond measure by everyone who took the trouble to come and pay their respects to the lifelong service of my dear mother, the late Queen.”

Many of the royal family members sent in their tributes as well.

Harry in a statement said, “Granny, while this final parting brings us great sadness, I am forever grateful for all of our first meetings — from my earliest childhood memories with you, to meeting you for the first time as my Commander-in-Chief, to the first moment you met my darling wife and hugged your beloved great-grandchildren,” Harry wrote. “I cherish these times shared with you, and the many other special moments in between. You are already sorely missed, not just by us, but by the world over.”

After Queen Elizabeth’s passing, the cause of her death was withheld from the public.

Two days before her death, she reportedly met up with new British Prime Minster Liz Truss at Balmora. It was quite evident that her activities slowed down as she had to cancel most of her engagements because of immobility and old age. She was sometimes spotted with a walking stick, which she used to support her movement.

For weeks the cause of the Queen’s death was kept secret and all efforts to obtain a copy of her death certificate were futile.

Recently the certificate which was signed by the Queen’s daughter, Princess Anne – states that Her Majesty passed away at 3.10 P.M on September 8 at Balmoral Castle.

The certificate disclosed that the queen died of old age.

Old age is an acceptable cause of death if “the doctor certifying death has cared for the patient for a long time, was not aware of any disease or injury that contributed to death, and had observed a gradual decline in the person’s general health and functioning,” as per The Guardian.
